structure.The tooling platform is divided into steel piece platform and cast iron platform and board platform according to
materials. The grid is engraved with corresponding grid lines. According to customer requirements, the millimeter scale can be
drawn on the two right sides of the platform.

One :Universal 3D casting welding table:
1. Flatness up to: 010/1000
2. The verticality between the side surface and the upper surface reaches: 010/200
3. The roughness of the working surface reaches: 16um
4 scale line specification: 100x100+005mm
5. Hole spacing: 100003mm
6. Material: casting (HT250), the overall annealing heat treatment to eliminate internal stress
Place it for three to six months for natural aging treatment.
Supporting legs of the workbench: the load-bearing capacity of the standard type is 2T.
Two :Support angle iron
1. For casting HT300.
2. The flatness is 015/1000mm, and the verticality reaches 015/1000mm.
3. The position accuracy of each hole system does not exceed +0.05mm, and the size accuracy of the holes is P28D10.
4. The surface roughness of the working surface reaches Ra32
Three: Positioning angle ruler and positioning square ruler:
1. The material is 45# steel quenched and tempered, blackened
2. The flatness is 015/1000mm, and the verticality reaches 015/1000mm.
The position accuracy of each hole system on the supporting angle iron does not exceed +0.05mm, and the dimensional accuracy is P28D10
Four: quick locking pin:
1. Five steel balls must be used for positioning to ensure positioning accuracy
2. The material is 45# steel, quenched and tempered, and the dimensional accuracy of the lock pin is 28h7.

Five: Compression parts:
1. It is a round pipe connection with flexible operation and no shaking after clamping.The clamping force is 100Kg~500Kg.
2.The pressure head adopts a split structure, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.The working part is heat treated.
3. The surface has no burrs, corrosion spots and scratches, castThere are no slag inclusions and pores on the surface of the parts, and no peeling off the paint surface
Six: Technical requirements for related configuration accessories:
1. Overall heat treatment of clamping and positioning parts, non-working surface painting treatment
2. Each module can realize XYZ and angle direction adjustment, and the flatness of each positioning surface is <020/1000mm, and the verticality is < 0.15/1000mm, parallelism <020/1000mm
3. The surface roughness of the working plane of each module is 32pmu
