A multi-angle rotary welding workbench, which is composed of a table body, a pedestal, a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder base, a worm, a worm wheel, and a workbench. The table body is conical, with a lower end taper of 90 degrees, and the lower end is connected to the pedestal through a shaft. One end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the cylinder base through a shaft, and the other end is connected to the lower end of the table body through a shaft. A worm is fixed in the table body, the worm is connected to the workbench, and the operating handle is connected to the turbine. The utility model allows the workpiece to be fixed at any position within a range of 90 degrees in the vertical direction and within a range of 360 degrees in the horizontal direction along with the workbench for processing. The operation is convenient and the welding quality can be guaranteed.

The three-dimensional combination welding workbench is in the form of a perforated grid plate with two series of apertures: D28 and D16. On the high-precision table, D28 round holes are evenly distributed every 100mm or D16 round holes are evenly distributed every 50mm. These holes can be used to splice positioning modules and fixtures with various functions. In addition to the table top, various functional modules also include positioning blocks, right-angle blocks, columns, arbitrary angle adjustment, V-shaped blocks, pins, various quick clamps, gap adjustment pieces and various auxiliary modules. The modules are cleverly designed and can be combined and used repeatedly. The pin used to fasten the modules to each other uses three concentric steel balls inside. When the pin is loosened, the steel ball retreats into the pin. At this time, the pin can be easily inserted into the hole of the module. When gradually tightened by hand, three steel balls gradually pop out, automatically centering and clamping the module. After tightening with a wrench, its clamping force on the module can reach 5 tons, and its shearing force can reach 25 tons.
