Damping spring vibration isolators Installation Instructions
Before installing the damping spring vibration isolator, please confirm whether the model and specification of the vibration isolator are correct. The compression amount of the vibration isolator is generally between 10-25mm. After the vibration isolator is placed in the correct position, the fixing bolts need to be removed first, and then the fixed feet of the equipment are installed on the vibration isolator and fixed. First, fix the vibration isolator with foundation bolts, and adjust the height of the vibration isolator to balance the equipment. Then adjust the nut clockwise upward and counterclockwise downward. After the balance is adjusted, finally connect the pipeline.
If the connecting pipe next to the machine or water tower increases the load of the vibration isolator due to the addition of suspended pipes, additional pipes must be installed to avoid insufficient load on the shock absorber.
